Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
  • To initiate a return, customers must contact us via WhatsApp/Instagram DM with their order details.
  • Refunds will be processed after the item is inspected and approved.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Replace Policy

  • Replacements are available for defective or damaged items only.
  • Customers must report issues within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos/videos showing the defect or damage.
  • Once verified, we will ship a replacement free of charge.
  • If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Customer pays for return shipping unless the exchange is due to a defective item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Any price differences will be either charged or refunded accordingly.
