Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
- To initiate a return, customers must contact us via WhatsApp/Instagram DM with their order details.
- Refunds will be processed after the item is inspected and approved.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Replace Policy

Replacements are available for defective or damaged items only.

Customers must report issues within 3 days of delivery.

Provide photos/videos showing the defect or damage.
- Once verified, we will ship a replacement free of charge.
- If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

Customer pays for return shipping unless the exchange is due to a defective item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
